    Yeah!! My first Sarracenia flower!

Check it out! This thing popped up on my S. purpurea venosa a few days ago quite suddenly. I was thrilled! I almost didn't expect to see flowers on it since I grow this plant inside under lights. Anyway, enjoy, and comments welcome!

Thanks all! Yeah, the veins are stunning. Love them. I can't believe this thing came out of a death cube. It was so scraggly when I first got it, and now it's a beauty!

It's in a 4" square pot right now and I'm trying to figure out whether it's time to repot and/or divide this thing. I can't really tell if it's ready to take divisions because above the soil level the pitchers all just look like one giant clump.

My first Sarracenia flower (this year):

    S. flava var. flava

And also the first real rain that deserves to be named "rain" since about 10 weeks now.
