I think you have to purchase it and the book is rather expensive...look up redfern natural history with heliamphora on google and it should pop up.

Very nice plants you have there! H. Minor was my first attempt at growing a Heli and mine finally died a couple weeks ago. The root rot had spread too far

hello maiden, here's what i am talking about:
here's a typical heliamphora minor (taken from google):

note how short and narrow the neck is, and how it actually bends over the opening of the pitcher. the lid can either be completely spread out, or creates a "v" as seen in this photo

(look at the largest pitcher, and side views of the nectar stalk and spoon)

now, contrast that to my plant, which also was given to me as Heliamphora minor, but clearly isnt:

note how heterodoxa like the nectar spoon is, and how thick the nectar stalk is in comparison to the previous photo

a side view of the nectar spoon

older leaf on the left, you can see that the nectar spoon raises as leaf development completes, looking much more erect and heterodoxa like, rather than hunched and domed over like the typical minor.

to summarize nectar spoon morphology, from the side, minor spoons look somewhat like kidney beans while heterodoxa spoons look like darth vader's helmet.

i hope you can see why i believe why your minor might be of introgressed hybridic origin.

Maybe a heterodoxa x minor, which is relatively common in cultivation? I've seen a few heterodoxa x minor labelled as minor but the nectar spoon gives them away.
