I see. We are in a grey zone, hard to tell how this plant became like this. But for sure, its a pretty cute little plant, but im a little bit disapointed because i was sure that plant was a true rare specie from that aonda cave.

    Hello Maiden,

"but im a little bit disapointed because i was sure that plant was a true rare specie from that aonda cave."

I think there must be some misunderstanding between us. I was trying to give you good news. Based on what Gert said, the reasonable conclusion is that it is H minor, and it is from the cave. So you should be happy, right? There is no evidence to doubt the species or the locality. There is no gray zone. It is minor, it is from Sima Aonda.

The german thread basically consists of Severitt saying that a giant clone he got didn't turn out to be any bigger than a different minor clone he had. The problem for us is that it is unclear whether the not-giant "giant" he had was the same clone as the "Aonda giant." So really the most useful part of the thread is tying the "aonda giant" to Gert. Gert got it from Nerz, Nerz got it from Aonda, it is a minor. Donc, restez heureux.

Its probably because of my crap English, sorry for that. Yep your last thread make me happier

One more thing mike, if the plant came from that aonda cave, i have to grow this minor with less light ?

Here a nice video of aonda cave exploration. i think i will care this plant with less light, and much more relative humidity.

Its a spanish video, so i turn the sound off.

No need to apologize Maiden. Just use regular light. The plant was growing near the cave, not inside it.

Oh ok. My logic tell me this plant grow inside, on the walls, and this is the reason why this minor evolved with very wide top pitchers. To catch more light. But since that plant grow outside the cave, this analyse is no good.

I wonder why this plant evolved with wide pitchers if they grow outside.
