Is my Cephalotus dead? Help!!!

Now you should be carefully removing the dead material. Keep the plant clean and you'll get fewer problems.

do i need to trim off the dead leafs? they are kind hard sometimes to clip off. I feel like i wiggle them too much, the pitchers are easy but....... I assume by keeping clean you mean trim off all dead leafs an pitchers?

Btw it turns out all it needed was to be kept moist and not dry. hahhhahh

it's doing really well!!! the new leafs are much bigger than when I first got them

I wouldn't pull them too vigorously as sometimes they hang on tight!

Something like nail scissors are useful to have in your plant-care kit. I remove dead leaves and pitchers for aesthetics and to discourage mould. In the wild they would just rot away but in stiller air in the greenhouse I think it is a sensible precaution.

thanks, having smaller scissors and tweezers made it easier.
