It looks like a young plant, so yes it will grow bigger in time.
A little more light may bring out some more color, but its a beautiful plant. Nice job. It will definitely get bigger.
beautiful plant. looks very healthy. i wouldnt change a thing, and you will see adult pitchers in no time!
Thanks all for your comment. Hope it grows up much bigger.
Nice healthy looking plant you managed to get. Should do nicely
Looks like nice growth to me! Cephs are very slow growers. And no predicting adult pitchers. It just happens. I'm growing a few from seed and it's looking like I may not have them flower for 3-4 years.

I personally would give it a tad bit more light. Other than that, it's a pretty healthy plant!

It might do with more light, but Cephalotus will grow in relatively shady conditions too (you might find more leaves than pitcher however). The transition from young to mature pitchers is not a gradual thing, it will happen between one leaf and the next, so as mentioned predicting when that occurs is simply a roll of the dice.
Everything has a reason, whether big or small. Never underestimate the power of what is or is not.
There is far more to everything than meets the eye.
