Question

Today, I went to a local garden center. Surprisingly I found a packet of mixed pitcher plants, their S. Purpurea species mixed.

Now my question is that are the seeds in the packet satisfied? Or should I stratisfied them myself? Thanks.

I would imagine that they are ready to sow, what I would do is do half and half, stratify half, sow half. Then when your statified seeds are ready to be sown, sow them. Thats what I would do. Good luck!

I would go ahead and stratify them to be on the safe side. There's no telling if they've been stratified or not, if it doesn't say on the package. I guess you could stratify some, and plant out the rest and see what happens.

Id call and find out. Theres gotta be a phone number on there somewhere.
