a frog is sitting on my pitchers

it just finished raining outside, and when i checked to see if any of my pitchers were knocked over by the rain, i saw a pretty big frog/toad(4 inches) sitting on some of my older, pruned pitchers.  they sometimes urinate right before jumping away, so im wondering if the urine will affect the plant

I doubt it. I had one (american toad) that would jump into a bucket with an S. flava last year, and would sit next to the plant, even dug into the soil a couple times and spent the day there. I found it in vft pots a couple times also. It never hurt any of the plants, but it did dig up the soil a bit.
