Ladies in Waiting is S. leucophylla x (rubra x psittacina). The pitchers are up to 2' tall and it produces them more or less continuously. It's pitchers turn red in full sun with numerous white spots. Treat it as you would any other sarracenia, they are fairly easy to look after if you remember to use rain/distilled water, give it plenty of sun etc.
