I thought that was cool between interspecies relationship while I was grooming my outdoor Sarracenia. In the purp subsp. purp pitcher a neon green crab spider rests in wait of prey, while the pitcher provides a home/hideout for it and as a bonus the spider blends in! Very nice photo. I have some spiders that like to make a home in my venus flytraps. The only problem is, they try to spin a web in the trap. We all know what happens then.

Careful where you crawl, it might be a trap!

I have a green sticker frog that I keep seeing in my neps's pitchers. He eats the bugs that would have otherwise gone to the plant, but for rent, it leaves little 'gifts' of processed bugs in the pitchers. Plus I've seen lizards gitting high off of nep nectar. Seems like a lot of organisms redily take advantage of our CPs (and vica versa). just my 2 cents

    Regards, Hamata
