I'd put them all in one pot for now. Size doesn't matter a whole lot, but you don't want the seedlings to be too crowded. In a couple of years they'll be big enough to separate into their own pots. Depth isn't much of a factor either. I keep all of mine in those seed-start trays for the first couple of years. They come with a convenient tray for watering, and a clear plastic lid, to warm 'em up a bit during cooler spring weather.
