Need help

Hi,

I just got back from lowes wich had RACKS of dead CPs  

but I found a simi-healthy cobra lily packed with a butterwort and "had" to save it. My questions are:
1. How should I bring it back to full health and care for it after?
2. Can it be kept with the butterwort or should I seperate them?
3. Theres a fair sized fungis infection how should I deal with this?

A bit more info:

I'm going to put it in a 8 inch glazed white cemeric (sp?) pot at a south window over a AC vent to keep it cool would this work or not?
