I have a young C. follicularis that was growing larger pitchers throughout the summer and fall. As temps and light diminished, other leaves appeared. Are those non-carnivorous leaves?

non-carnivorous leaves can be produced at any time of the year, my C. follicularis had non-carnivorous leaves and pitchers at the same time all through the year.

I find that in shorter day periods (dormacy time) the cephalotus start making thier non carnvirous leaves and make the carnivorous ones in longer day periods.
