I was taking some pics of my VFT today, and I noticed along the outer edges of the traps bits of liquid. I saw in a documentary that this is nectar that the plant uses to attract insects. Does this indicate a healthy plant?
I've noticed it on some of my VFT's in the past when the lighting is at the right angle. Looks kinda neat...just sitting there waiting for a bug to venture over for a taste........then bam!!!
