No pics, sorry, only have a camera phone. Very weird trap, is this an artifact of TC maybe?
The leaf is very broad, with four independent heads developing separately. All four traps are completely fused (two are older and blackening) top to bottom, and shaped more like tubes (higher than wide) than traps, with normal guard hairs. All (none blackened) traps also seem to be functioning fine. I thought they weren't developed, but still weird, and picked this VFT out of a bunch at a local flower/houseplant shop. But it's been about a week and they were closed when I got them but are now reopened with fly/gnat husks in them. Anyone ever see this before?
