Mount bald head!

Yes, I am doing a 5k race. I know why am I posting this? Well to have a t-shirt that says "Mount Bald Head" is priceless!  

I will be wearing my Run Trav Run shirt *just like Forest Gump: run Forest run*. After suffering threw a 25k in May with leg cramps, blisters, and in the rain, I need to think smaller...

Maybe if I secretly tie some rope to patio bricks around the ankles of the Kenyan's I would have a chance.

Kenyans go at a pace of 16 mph

For comparisson, everyone, one lap around a track in 60 seconds is 15 MPH. These guys go slightly faster.....for mile after mile.
