I was wondering if some of you might be nice enough to post some photos of your terrariums to give her some ideas on how you experienced members do it. I will forward the pics to her.

    Thanks from Lauderdale
    sounds cool!
I would just leave out the fly traps, drosera and the small pitcher plant..
    then it should be perfect!

Took some pics last night of the tanks.

    Chondro tank

Corn tank (anyone see the snake in there?? Now you know why I want to get rid of the pothos...)

Don't use a VFT or I'm sure it could grab an anole. Anoles are so tiny I'm sure it'll get trapped.

That would have to be one monster VFT or one seriously dwarf anole.

Largest trap I have seen on a VFT was 6cm and that plant was decades old. Smallest "adult" anole I have seen was 8cm not including the tail for Bahaman anoles and 10cm not including the tail for green anoles.

My guess is that any VFTs in the tank will be smaller ones since very few people have giant trap VFTs and those that do would not place them in a vivarium because it is less than ideal for maintaining them.

I suppose that's true but what if it grabbed like its legs and torso It might not be able to get away. I just wouldn't put anything in a tank that could eat my pet.
