More than 3 yrs...it's an oriental fire-bellied...probably not going to grow any larger than 4 inches.

I'm fortunate to have bought them (4 originally, 1 ran away and another died) before the ban of sale of exotic animals came.

My two newts are easy to keep...change the water about once every 2 weeks...feed them once a week...

But they only eat bloodworms and nothing else...I'm beginning to get worried that it's not nutritious enough..

I once fed them so often that they develop a belly!
