Read the rules first :)
NASC auction is OPEN!!

Mass's GH

I can only give it as much sun as the Michigan sky allows, which isn't much.. The bog is only shaded for about an hour or two a day.
I LOVE dark red purp montanas like that DJ. My all time favorite sarr. Just can't seem to get that kind of color out here.

Finished a new grow box tonight, thought I'd share..
Dimensions are 4'L x 2'W x 4'H

My new fans arrived today actually!
So as of this afternoon, 2 intake fans, and 2 outtake fans..
Will be adding a tube running from my humidifier to the box later today.

How long do your cape sundews take to develop that stalk from all the deadened arms it puts out? Really cool looking, I've never seen that before

Takes about a year, with a little training. Just have to keep cutting the lower leaves off as they die.
Easy peazy..

Love the box. I have been milling over getting an orchidarium.

Did you just buy the plexiglass and put this together?

Yeah it looks killer! I'd like to do something similar. I have a glass terrarium that I'm using with built in vent holes like that. I just need to find a better way to cool it..

awesome chamber man, I love growing my plants indoors in tanks of such. I have same thing as you for light and weather here in the Adirondacks. Took a while but got most of my plants acclimated for window growing, well the ones that are to big for the tanks now. I noticed with the cooler weather here I don't have to cool it at all. Our night time temps have been in the mid to low 40s for the last few weeks. Most nepenthes out side are loving it I got worried one night I think it was like 37.

I'm glad I've got the indoor GH with AC. Couldn't imagine trying to do all of this without it.

I traded my neighbor for the plexiglass. The vent holes were already drilled, so I just had to cover the ones I don't have fans mounted to. I did add an input tube hooked to a humidifier today as well.

Just a few pics to dump..

My fave in this group is the N. burb x eddie. I hope there will be more updates as it grows because I see a lot of promise.

Hey Mass,

I just came across this thread a couple days ago and I really enjoyed going over it.
Incredible variety of beautiful plants -- great job!!!

I'll keep an eye out for new posts...
