Beautiful plants, Brok! Question: how big will the pitchers eventually get on N. lowii X spectabilis, do you know? My plant is doing very well, growing rapidly (considering its pedigree; eight pitchers in as many months) but they are increasing in size slooooowwwly. I think the new one is still barely 5" tall. These WILL get quite a bit larger, no?

    Thanks!
    Paul

    Hi Paul,

The plant grows vigorously, but my pitchers are no bigger than yours. I've seen pictures of larger pitchers, but my plant has put out nothing larger than about 5 to 6" max.

    Regards,

All very nice, Brokken. If you'll allow me a bit of heresy, I like the singalana x hamata better than I like straight hamata.

Peat: It's an Olympus E-M5. Same lenses as my Panasonic GX1.
