D. multifida, was super dewey this morning. Pardon all the stupid cottonwood fluff-strings still stuck to it. :p They're impossible to find with the naked eye.

Sweet collection and excellent photography!

Beautiful pics - thanks for sharing! Love your VFTs.

Utrics and Psittacina, before being cleaned up. Fresh purchase.
I hope you like those little utric flowers ('cause they'll soon be in every pot of CPs you own) :0o:

Very nice pictures as always Brie, I still can't get over that Colossus, very impressive.

incredible Brie
and i recognize the psittacina as a Jerry Addington plant right away, only in his plants have the perfect combination of U. bisquamata and D. capensis.... and the outline of the tag coming through the other tag...
You can actually mention Courting Frogs if im not mistaken, since its a wholesale nursery only... unless you know him in person ;D

What is this I don't even.... ???

How are you already so good at growing CP's?? Didn't you just start??

very nice collection, I love the photos too.

Danke, Kristoff..

LOL I didn't even notice that you could read the tag through the front tag. And good to know about mentioning names. I picked up that plant at a nursery in the middle of Seattle.. When the lady was tallying all my plants, she saw that one and said "Hmmm that thing is looking pretty bad, i'm gunna discount it for you".. Figured yeah, she just didn't realize it was probably dead pitchers from the previous year, but oh well. Anyhow, wasn't until after I paid and looked at the receipt that she discounted it like 75%. Pretty awesome. lol.

I'm from a long line of green thumbs... My mother and grandmother are both also crazy plant people, and its what I grew up with. I've actually been interested in CPs since I was like 13.. And kept various flytraps and whatnot over the years, from the dreaded DeathCubes, but since I didn't really have resources or know anyone elses into them, they usually ended up dieing over the winter due to improper winter care. But i'm much more educated now. :) So yes, I did just start off, more seriously. But i've always dabbled. I've also kept orchids for years and years. I have a big white phalaenopsis that is ALWAYS in bloom. Like literally always. I've had it for about 6 years now, and it never has less then 1 flower spike, more typically 2-3. Kinda funny since i've yet to repot the thing(due to its incessant blooming. lol).

Some new photos from today of various Sundews and Utrics. Pardon the algae, after this photo session I realize I probably need to repot all these guys into something that i've rinsed more thoroughly and see if that helps the problem.

Danke vurry much.

The live stuff the utrics are planted in is from Mach. :) The rest is just dead LFS I buy at the nursery I go to.
