Mass's GH

The cat is looking good, hope it does well for you. I love Song of Melancholy, but I'm assuming it is a highlander right?

Dude, great update! Seems like you never take pictures of these particular plants. I didn't even know you had a truncata x x tm.

Trying to keep up the intensity.
I'm just full of surprises.
Speaking of which, how's that birthday present looking so far? Hope it does well for you.

meh'.. intermediate.
Likes lots of light and lots of humidity.

I really like the N. lowii x truncata 'Wide' - and I don't even like lowii! 'Such great coloration. Your pics of S. x catesbaei make me think I may have to get one.

Nice update!! Good to see that truncata X TM is doing good for ya. Lovin that Song of Melancholy...

:-D Along with the neps, loving that catesbaei! Mine are certainly starting to compete for most favorite sarr in the bog.

Energy crisis solved.
Built this smaller enclosure inside the GH.
Haven't had the AC on at all today.
Inside the GH conditions are 88*F and 55% humidity.
Inside the enclosure conditions are 72*F and 90% humidity.

I used plexiglass for the sides, and that clear GH material for the roof below the lights. It's far enough from the lights that it won't melt. But is working wonders to keep the heat from the lights in check.

plant pics coming soon..

3am here. Current conditions of the "cube" at night: 59*F with 90% humidity.
Fans are still running, no condensation. So that's good.
I think this is gonna work. Time will tell, and so will the plants.
Thank you all for the positive mental support.
