New experiment

OK, so my B.liniflora has formed a really tall stem. Since none of the seeds have germinated so far, I was going to try an experiment to try to keep it in my collection. Since it has such a tall stem,I was wondering if I could chop the stem up to about 2 inches from the soil surface, and try to root the pieces kinda like nep cuttings? Has anybody ever tried this and had success?

Bylbis cant be rooted from cuttings except roots. for roots just cut the biggest thickest root

I was told by a long time grower that the top can be rooted.
I tried it once and was not successful.

Well, I tried each method. I will see if they work, and if they do, which one works better.
