Just that this time of year is not ideal for those in the northern hemisphere. They are winter growing plants that will struggle as seedlings in summer.
Pot them up and water once to settle the media and seed then treat the pot like you would for tuberous Drosea (i.e dry and warm.) Come fall put on the tray and hope something happens. These guys can take a bit to germinate (like tuberous) so be patient. A dip in night time temps when you put them on the tray is supposed to help.
