    it's a pic of some weird appendages on a D. indica that resemble (to me at least) little yellow Drosophyllum 'mushroom tentacles.

    what possible purpose could they have?

    anyone?

    these weird things appear on (god forbid i spell it right) D. hartmeyerorum () i dont think anyone knows what they are.

    Yes, those are identicle to the ones on D. hartmeyerorum, and everyone keeps saying that there is no clue as to what they are for. They look pretty though.

    That's D. indica. They ones on D. hartmeyerorum are much larger (although still small) and aren't as numerous as that.
