Dying Hamiltonii

johnnyfrye

I like drosera.
I have a Hamiltonii and he is dying real bad. One of his leaves has been ripped up a bit, he's been repotted 3 times in one month, and he is turning red and not growing at all. Is there any hope for him?

Too much sun for the redness

Stress, too?

xvart.

Don't ask. And I will put some shade cloth over him for the sun. Is there anything else I could DO to help him?

Those rossted dews hate full sun, give them lower light....

Actually, they are in a terrarium under grow lights, about 8 or 10 inches from 2 40 watt tubes.

Drosera hamiltonii stop growing and tend to get a maroon flush throughout the rosette when they go dormant. Back off the watering somewhat and see what happens 2 or 3 months from now.
