Do rosetted species typically form rootlets?

So I've got a little D. admirabilis "palmiet river RSA" and this morning I noticed a few plantlets along the edge of the pot. I've never let it flower, so they're not seedlings. There's also an offshoot from the..... trunk...... of the main plant.

Would it be safe to remove these guys? How would I go about doing so?

The one on the edge you can let grow until you think it is a reasonable size and then just pop it off during a repot. The other one, if it were me, I'd gently tug at the dead leaves around it and see if they come off. That will give you a better look at how it's connected. If you're lucky it's already got some roots on it from being surrounded in the dead leaves.

Looks more like it'd be a structure popping up from a stolon, though I've never heard of Drosera making stolons. Nice looking plant

Any plant with extrememly long roots like that will pop up plantlets if it is in a shorter pot. I've found that the plants I have in 8 inch+ pots don't do that, and the roots take a lot longer to clump up in the bottom of the pot. Its a great way to propagate them without even trying! Great-looking plant by the way.

Maybe I'll repot it into something a little larger this summer. The pot in the picture is 3 inches.
