Is that a root or a leaf Jim? Looks like a leaf.
 
flower stems work great for them they root rel fast and grow big strikes

Are you just going to plant it like it is, or how do approach this??

Do you have to cut that up to plant those?

When they get established I will remove the contents and place into a real pot, bigger, deeper one. They're also trade bait.
