    drosera adalae division?

i rcd an adalae and it's weird. it has 1 root that has a new plant popping out of it...i didn't really disturb it since they had just came out of a box but can that root be cut and the plant seperated?

Young plants look different than mature plants. Note the more rounded leaves of the younger plants:

I wouldn't separate anything. That will happen naturally, in time.

You can make a cut in the root on each side of the plantlet to divide the new growth onto it's own turf.
    Doesn't hurt a thing..

I would leave it alone. This is totally natural for them. Your pot will be FULL of them soon! Enjoy it!

I just cut off three little plantlets like this two days ago. They seem okay so far in their new pot
