    This topic is not my specialty but you may want to look under General Discussion area...there is info on dormancy. However if you wait a day or two, one of the moderators in this forum or a saavy member will give you a firmer answer regarding the particular plants about which you inquired.

    Drosera manii went dormant for me this summer despite my best attempts to prevent it. It needs to be kept less wet at this time

    Drosera binata will go dormant in the winter if conditions are not warm enough.
