Shall I just let it flower? I can see the stalk with the buds popping up - Ill take a snap when it begins to flower!

    Cheers

I usually do. They have fairly showy flowers for Drosera and it is fun to chase the seed/seedlings thus produced.

I let mine flower for awhile, and collect the seed. Some species can literally flower themselves to death in cultivation, so I remove scapes once I have the seed I want. The plants recover this way and stay strong for future flowering.
