Hey, i have a D intermediate which was flowering and my hot lights burnt the flower. Where the burnt part was, there was a small seedling!!! i tried to get pics but it's blurr. So now theres a small plant growing on the flower. Anyone had this before? Will it survive
I already saw D.rotundifolia doing it in nature, and I think there is a VFT with a similar comportement on Dean Cooks website... It is surprising for sure
Yes, this sometimes will form a new plant that you can cut off and root in the soil. I believe this is called vegatative apoximis or something like that.
