    Well, thanks for the compliment. I am still feeling my way with many species so I am a newbie too. The pygmys aren't too difficult if you keep their seasonal cycle in mind, and don't give up on them if they start looking ratty. They do this at a couple of points in their cycle. Unless the plants are absolutely dead, not just sorta dead, don't give up!

    droseradude, I grow both scorpiodes and dichrosepala outdoors. Not in problem in southern CA.

    Larry- the ones I got were the ones at lacps last time, as you probably remember the scorpiodes had like 5 in a pot and the free ones were very young. SO I think I'll try a few scorpiodes outside, and if they work move them all out, and wait for the other ones to get a little older. Thanks for your help

    I bought some more scorpiodes this past meeting, I stuck it outside with the rest of my plants. Perfect weather here. Incredibly easy to grow, makes a ton of gemmae.
