They list (1P9, 1P8 )for the seeds of packet and price.
    Ex:1p9 mean 1 packet sell Euro$9.
But they don't know the quality in 1 packet.
Anybody had a order from here before .
How about the quality, quality and .......?
    Thanks

They get seed from Allen Lowrie and sell it with a huge mark up. Better going directly to the source. Seed numbers are few and viability is not guaranteed.

Yeah I heard over at CPUK that viability is really a problem. oh and I would not recommend you order Utric seed from him since some of that stays viable for only a few days.

depends on the Utric seed, you have to remember that some Utric species(mostnotably many Aussie species) are annuals and their seed much better suited to being stored for a decent amount of time.
