That is pretty similar to my area, only I have lots of smaller trees.

My VFT's do awsome under these trees. So you don't have to worry about a thing.

The pics don't do it justice but the trees are FAR more dense than you see in the pics.

yea, and same here. It IS more dense than the pics look. But like I said, I grew up in southeastern OK, so I know your area, copcar. Any thoughts on the new terrarium setup?

Looks fine to me. Now the hardest thing to do is to leave it alone. Your gonna want to change little things here and there to make it better for the plants. But in the end they will grow best if you do nothing but water them. So that means...

No moving
No cutting
No poking
NO EXPERIMENTING
No changing your watering schedule
No changing your bulbs to something you think is "Better"
No changing the photoperiod
No changing the temps or humidity.

None of that, Just leave them alone and let them grow.
