it was the first time this happened to me. I got this N. x ventrata on christmas and one of its new leaves had an enviromental mutation. So here are some pics.
I think the term "aberration" sound to hard , I will better say developmental abnormality!
As a personal opinion will be really amazing and atractive to have a true nephentes mutant that produce two tendrils per petiole and develop a pitcher on each one...
