    New Family Members

Picked up these little guys at the LACPS meeting today.

This is the hybrid I've wanted to get my hands on for some time. I had an opportunity many months ago to get it, but a certain forum member, who shall remain nameless, stole it from me

Anyhoo, when I heard there'd be another one at the meeting, I jumped all over it,

    N. spectabilis x aristolochioides
    Nepenthes Spectabilis x Aristolochioides
    Nepenthes Spectabilis x Aristolochioides: Pitcher

I had a little more money after that, so I grabbed up this nifty little alata variant. I was told it makes pretty large pitchers for an alata. It reminds me of N. reinwardtiana, one of my favorite nepenthes species.

    N. alata var. elongata
    Nepenthes Alata var. Elongata
    Nepenthes Alata var. Elongata: Pitcher
