So... Are these grown in cultivation a lot? Do they grow in the same way in cultivation? Wikipedia suggests that only the high up pitchers do this.
Yes, there are quite a few people who have these in collections that are producing these upper pitchers. Of course it takes them a long time to get to that point though.
