Some N. lowii and N. xTrusmadiensis hybrids

I want to share some pics of my N. lowii and N. xTrusmadiensis hybrids. So many great N. lowii and N. xTrusmadiensis hybrids are emerging, particularly from Exotica Plants.

To start off, here is a pitcher from N. lowii x ventricosa:
    N. lowii x ventricosa

An odd, green clone of N. (spathulata x aristolochiodes) x (lowii x ventricosa):
    N. (spathulata x aristolochiodes) x (lowii x ventricosa)

A young N. (ventricosa x sibuyanensis) x xTrusmadiensis pitcher showing promise:
    N. (ventricosa x sibuyanensis) x xTrusmadiensis

A squat form of N. ventricosa x (lowii x ventricosa):
    N. ventricosa x (lowii x ventricosa)

One of several forms of N. maxima x xTrusmadiensis in my collection:
    N. maxima x xTrusmadiensis

A pair of pitchers of a more squat form of N. maxima x xTrusmadiensis:
    Nepenthes maxima x xTrusmadiensis

My favorite seedling clone of N. spectabilis x (lowii x ventricosa):
    N. spectabilis x (lowii x ventricosa)

A pair of older pitchers from the same N. spectabilis x (lowii x ventricosa) plant as above:
    N. spectabilis x (lowii x ventricosa)

An upper pitcher of my N. bellii x xTrusmadiensis(a):
    N. bellii x xTrusmadiensis

A small pitcher from N. ventricosa x xTrusmadiensis:
    Nepenthes ventricosa x xTrusmadiensis (c)

An upper pitcher from N. thorellii x xTrusmadiensis:
    N. thorellii x xTrusmadiensis

And lastly, a pitcher from my favorite clone of N. maxima x (lowii x ventricosa):
    N. maxima x (lowii x ventricosa)
That's all. I hope nobody minds me showing off some of these awesome plants.

    Cheers!

    Hi uphwiz,

I'm assuming my green clone gets its character from the N. spathulata x aristolochiodes parent. If you look in the background, you can see the pitcher of another clone of N. (spathulata x aristolochiodes) x (lowii x ventricosa) that has more like N. lowii x ventricosa characteristics.

Lowii hybrids are almost always stunners.

Love the plants. I especially like the first vent x tm. Sure it's somewhat common, but it's great anyway.

I think that some of these hybrids being common is an advantage in the long run. I hope it won't be long before we start to see some awesome home-made complex hybrids with N. lowii and N. xTrusmadiensis become common. I just checked my N. lowii x ventricosa and it's sending up a male spike. I have a female N. maxima x mira and female N. maxima, Sulawesi x talangensis in flower. Hopefully, the pollen will mature in time to fertilize these.
