(think this one's heteroXminor)
closeup of the above helis (clicky) - big for possible computer background pic
(the big one's a tatei I think...)
N.glandulif...don't remember its name XD
(without a flash so you can see the color in "dimmed daylight + room lights")
...same plant, different pitcher, from the side:
this utric flower goes with the next picture of its leaves
in a baking dish!
another one (gigan...someping, like something :LOL
some more little guys
pics of pics!
...and stained glass
cute wardian case
...and a closeup of the guy to the left cuz he has a major amount of sticky!
clicky- look at the big pic just so you can see all the stuff that's in there! I swear it only won second place because the other one had a blooming ceph in it
...I took a brief wander outside:
And back home to San Diego with me!
Wuh-oh! I thought I saw a flash of Lil in one of those pictures. LOL!
(Blue shirt and ball-cap, folks)
Thez, it was fun meeting you, and just as fun driving you around!
We did not go straight home, as predicted. I said "I don't wanna go on the freeway", so we didn't! We took some way out of the way back roads, and had a nice scenic drive.
If you shake a rain stick, you get rain. I need a hamata stick.
here's what i got today:
U. bisquamatta 'betty's bay'
esseriana---4th time's a charm... right guys? right?
THez: The Nep is glandulifera. U. reniformis is in the baking dish (brought in by our very own Lois) and U. longifolia is in the glass vase (that one's Brokken's).
The Pings are some sort of moctezumae hybrid, gigantea, and esseriana.
That Heli pic is my new desktop image!
PS, that's ephippiata. And nice photography skills!
EDIT: Jon, they let you keep the Betty's Bay? Let me know when you're going to divide that!
amphirion: 4th time?! ...sure.... ;-)
try not having it sit in water and water it when you water your neps?
edit now that I've gotten to sleep more--
clue: thanks - um, so your post has relevance I'll not edit mine with the right names so people can have some fun. And thanks! I love taking pictures and I think I'm good at it..art doesn't pay the bills but it sure is fun!
