sea max vs high nitro fert

Okay folks, I have searched four cp forums as well as other on line resources. It comes down to either sea max or a totally urea free high nitro fertilizer. I will be using this on plants other than neps and with shipping, the costs are about equal.
    1. Which would be better for foliar feeding of neps?
    2. If used on neps should I add the epsom salts as recommended to bring in magnesium?

    thanks

Skip the foilar feeding and go straight to the roots with fertilizing. Foilar feeding is essentially useless.

I'm not too sure which one is preferable, but I use MaxSea every few months with success as a root feed.
