Hey guys--I'm sorry I haven't been on here as much lately, but school has been keeping me busy. This is my last semester in high school and I have been *trying* to enjoy it while I can. I don't think I'm ready to be an adult just yet
But yeah; that's enough about me. Here are some plants which are looking particularly beautiful at the moment:
N. clipeata x (clipeata x eymae)
N. singalana Belirang
N. jaquelineae invading hamata's pot and inflating its first pitcher for me!
N. mikei basal with an adorable little pitcher
And here's a pitcher on the main plant
N. maxima 'dark'
N. aristolochioides recovering sloooowly but steadily from the poor condition it was in when it first arrived in my care (it even has some cute little pitchers!)
I've only had this one for about two months, but it has already put out two new pitchers
I saved the best for last...
N. spectabilis North Sumatra
Some new arrivals:
N. boschiana seed grown
This one just arrived a few weeks ago, but I love the pitcher it came with.
N. veitchii k seed grown from EP
This one isn't very impressive yet, but it's already showing a lot of promise in these juvenile pitchers IMO. I can't wait to see what it will look like as it matures!
And finally, some sundews that are doing well:
Two N. capensis 'alba' that I grew from seed and which are now flowering
D. indica ‘pale pink flower’ seedlings
And (this is the last part, I promise) here are some of my fat little Lancelot (he's an axolotl for those who are curious and who missed out on my last picture thread):
This was him when he first arrived as a baby
And now he's all grown up
He got upgraded to a spacious thirty gallon tank this week
