Nepenthes ID - multiple choice

My package from an overseas seller came today with Nepenthes and Heliamphora. The good news is, I know which species I got. The bad news is I don't know which is which since they were all in the same bag with the labels stapled to the outside. I need some help with identifying 4 Nepenthes.

Here are the options:
Nepenthes dubia (Talamau)
Nepenthes flava
Nepenthes inermis (Gadut)
Nepenthes jacquelinae.
