Following the lead of seveal others I am starting this thread with the intention of a running picture thread to cut down on new threads for pictures from a certain time frame like I have done in the past.

I finally got a chance to take several pictures this weekend, but it will probably take me a couple of days to get them all posted. Here is the first batch.... I hope you enjoy them.

Whoah! Outstanding plants! :)

OMG!! That truncata is to die for.. You should take a really wide picture of it for me so I can use it as my desktop background!

Your plants are most impressive :) I wish my climate would allow me to spread my Nep wings even further!

This is definitely a thread worth subscribing to. A lot of wicked hybrids in there :)

Wow, nice collection! Those tobaica crosses are soo cute.. they're to die for.

Thanks for all of your kind comments.

I will try to get some more pictures of the truncata. It has really come into its own the past two pitchers, but this is by far the best to date.... I hope it keeps its color as it gets bigger......

Yeah that truncata has some color! I'm hoping to get some coloration like that on my red dragon this year....

Bring on the pics...

Keith, all your plants look fantastic! The neps you sent me are acclimating finally and starting to pitcher!

How are the sundews I sent you?

  • #17
I love the N Aponi.

Your N. xSplendiana x ? could possibly be N. xSplendiana x (xTiveyi x veitchii) as well. It fits the mold for that cross a little from the pics I have seen. I have this cross, but mine are still tiny due to the highland conditions it receives. DroseraGuy (I think) has posted some pics of larger plants of various xSplendiana crosses if you want to try to cross reference those. Probably won't be able to tell until it gets bigger I would imagine. It's a beauty though.

Your neps are simply amazing!

Awesome collection, Keith!

All - Thanks for all your kind comments. I will try to keep this thread updated....

Soopaman - glad to hear the plants are doing well. The sundews were touch and go for a while, but the seems to be on the road to recovery. I look forward to trading again in the future.
