    Unhappy Stubborn 'Predator' rooted cutting...

I was wondering if anyone else has experienced any issues with getting a rooted cutting of Nepenthes 'Predator' to pitcher? I received the plant back in November 2010 and it STILL hasn't pitchered for me!! The plant continues to grow but no pitchers have developed. I grow it in highland conditions with plenty of light. I transplanted it into a larger pot (out of it's original 2" net pot) over a month ago in hopes that would help. Still NOTHING. It has also received a light fertilizer occasionally along with the rest of my Neps (which are all doing fine and happily pitchering). Any suggestions Thanks.

My predator cutting took a while to pitcher as well. About 8-12 months I think.

Maybe it's the fertilizer? A new cutting may see no reason to pitcher if it has enough nutrition. Just an idea though, never grown tough neps.

Thanks for the responses guys. It's good to know I'm not alone with 'Predator' issues. It's got a bark but no bite.

@silenceisgod - You might be right. I haven't fertilized it a lot but I guess it's best to discontinue it for now.

Yeah they're available from time-to-time but they don't last long and are pricey. I found mine on eBay last year.
