Lime, thanks for the help, today I finally sat down and tagged all the plants I knew (only 2 mysteries left, will wait till they pitcher!
    Some other photos:
The newest (and biggest so far) pitcher on my ventrata, the first nep I got! Not too shabby for windowsill conditions in the middle of winter!
    003
Same goes for my miranda, which I think has ceased pitchering in the weather since this one was made!

And the Miranda itself. Question, does the basal growth point in the photo look ready to be separated for it's own plant? Any advice on the method oyu would employ?

Looks ready, you can just use a scissors and cut off the basal as near to the base of the soil, and then treat it as a rooted cutting. I'd say leave it be (and I'm sure some people will agree with me too) unless you intend to propagate it and sell it s

Ugh, somehow missed watering a singular Tiger x Mirabilis this week and finally saw it lurking in back, extremely withered. Gave it a good soaking, hoping it will renew growth from its tip!
While I wouldn't be selling the cutting, my thought was I could get another plant out of it, and maybe the the main growth point would be more robust?
I've seen some arguments over this a few times!

So I think my mirabilis x tobaica is officially succumbing. I still have it under a bag in the grow rack, but I think all hope is lost.
Any thoughts on cause of death? See below, it's the only one of my plants not happy it seems.

Growing seedlings in the car is a clever idea. Did you worry about the plants overheating on hot/sunny days?

The unknown cutting looks to be ventricosa x dubia.
