I am smitten by many of the "black" Nepenthes hybrids in commerce. The naturally-occurring hybrid between N. lowii and N. muluensis is surely one of the most dramatic of all!
I also like muluensis x lowii. Its a beautiful hybrid, but I'm not sure if it would survive in my conditions. Do you think it could handle daytime temps in the high 70s and nights in the 60s?
I just got one of these, and though it doesn't have pitchers yet, I can't wait until they look like that! The blacksih purple with the yellow stripes on the peristome are fantastic!
Everything has a reason, whether big or small. Never underestimate the power of what is or is not.
There is far more to everything than meets the eye.
That's great because I really love this hybrid. Probably on my top 10 list!
WOW! Your Nepenthes are amazing Do you have any pictures of the whole greenhouse?
Muluensis x lowii is very tough and easy to root from cuttings
