Just got my GH!!!

Those misting fans are schweet!! Can't wait until I need to start shopping for one.

Travis do you think one of these fans would do the trick in humidity and keeping it a little cool?

  • #42
I'd think so. But that's just a guess Jose..
While using my outdoor GH (pic) this year, I saw temps near 100*F on 85*degree days with humidity around 30-40% inside the GH. And that's with the 6 windows open! Just a quick mist of the inside with the hose, and temps evened out to the low 80*s and humidity shot right up over 80%. I can only imagine how well one of those would work on a thermostat and a REAL greenhouse like yours.

Hello everyone, for the past few months some emergencies happened and I had to paused my CP hobby & sold most of my nepenthes, but after lots of prayers I moved back to my house and finally finished my GH! so here are a few pictures I took yesterday. It's nothing to brag about but I hope things take off from here.

I moved in November and dragged the GH with me lol. Floors and shelves have been changed. I got a "few" more plants. Will take pictures of the plants this weekend.

Looks good.

Nice, although it seems there isn't much growing area unless you plan on growing some plants on the floor.

Looks great! Is that one of those GH sheds? Did you make any extra modifications, or is that frame standard? Looks quite sturdy..
