Getting some nice sized pitchers on my typical raff, so I had to share

Here is my humble entry. Typical raff. from Sandakan, it's going to be white with sparse white speckles. It's looking a little dirty, this pitcher developed sitting on some very soggy Utricularia media. Yuck.
This has been growing on my patio since spring and recently the temps have dipped into the 50's at night. I'll put plastic up to enclose the patio and it probably will get into the 40's with a heater. This picture was taken since the 50's.
Newman: Totally depends on your climate. Over here it's pretty easy but I've got solid lowland conditions. My guess is that it wouldn't thrive outside of the warmth and humidity of a greenhouse. That being said, rafflesiana is one of the more tolerant lowlanders so it might be worth a try.
I'll admit that I don't spend a lot of time on the nep forum but I just discovered this thread and read it all the way through. 'Lots of great eye candy here. I love this species but I am clear that my chances of growing it are about nil without a heated greenhouse. So I'll get my fix vicariously. Thanks, everyone.
