    I was out taking some photos and this caught my eye. Pretty much what I was looking for when I made the cross! Some have more stripes and spectabilis traits which is nice too.

    N. sibuyanensis x (spectabilis x aristolchioides)
    Is that a Nepenthes in your pocket or you just happy to see me?

    AHHHH if only Paul!!! It is pretty decent though around 4" on a 8" diameter plant. So I think it will still gain in size. Gotta love the size N. sibuyanensis gives to it's hybrids pitchers. Which is why I made the cross. I wanted super sized N. spectabilis x aristolochioides plants!

    The specimen of that cross we have at Meadowview look completely different. The pitchers are so much darker and the splotches are more pronounced.
