    Come to me flies and crawling bugs. This plant wants to give you great big hugs
    Aren't I pretty, don't I smell good? I'd come to you if I could
    But I can't so you must come to me, I'm sure we will get along splendidly

    Click the link, then you can read the full PDF for free. The last couple of pages have full color photos, and there are also some expertly-drawn line drawings.

    Edit:
    Oddly enough, there is an
    Nepenthes amabilis
    Hort. ex Nichols. (1888)
    [=(N. rafflesiana N. ampullaria) N. rafflesiana]
    listed on Wikipedia's list of synonyms for N. x hookeriana. I guess an exception was made, like in using N. viridis.
